Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Vaishnavi Interiors, we strive to deliver high-quality design and execution services with complete transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees, design fees, and site visit charges are non-refundable once the service has been provided, as they involve time, expertise, and resource allocation.
3. Design Fees & 3D Renders
Design fees for 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and concept planning are non-refundable once the designs have been initiated or delivered.
If a client cancels the project after design approval, no refund will be issued for completed design work.
4. Advance Payments for Production
Advance payments made for material procurement, custom furniture production, or modular work are not refundable, as these involve irreversible purchases, manufacturing, and labour costs.
5. Cancellation Before Project Starts
If a client cancels the project before any design or material work begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be considered.
Such cases will be reviewed individually.
6. Cancellation After Project Starts
Once production, procurement, or execution has begun, no refund is applicable under any circumstance, as materials and labour are already committed.
7. Service Issues or Defects
If there are any service-related issues or defects after project completion, we provide repair or replacement support as per our service/warranty terms.
Refunds will not be issued for service corrections.
8. Delays Due to External Factors
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by vendor availability, logistics, weather conditions, labour shortages, or other factors beyond our control.
9. Custom Orders
All custom-made furniture, modular units, and personalized items are non-refundable due to their tailored nature.
