Consultation fees, design fees, and site visit charges are non-refundable<\/strong> once the service has been provided, as they involve time, expertise, and resource allocation.<\/p>\n

3. Design Fees & 3D Renders<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Design fees for 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and concept planning are non-refundable<\/strong> once the designs have been initiated or delivered.
If a client cancels the project after design approval, no refund will be issued for completed design work.<\/p>\n

4. Advance Payments for Production<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Advance payments made for material procurement, custom furniture production, or modular work are not refundable<\/strong>, as these involve irreversible purchases, manufacturing, and labour costs.<\/p>\n

5. Cancellation Before Project Starts<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If a client cancels the project before<\/em> any design or material work begins, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be considered.
Such cases will be reviewed individually.<\/p>\n

6. Cancellation After Project Starts<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Once production, procurement, or execution has begun, no refund<\/strong> is applicable under any circumstance, as materials and labour are already committed.<\/p>\n

If there are any service-related issues or defects after project completion, we provide repair or replacement support<\/strong> as per our service\/warranty terms.
Refunds will not be issued for service corrections.<\/p>\n

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by vendor availability, logistics, weather conditions, labour shortages, or other factors beyond our control.<\/p>\n
